This was a hard run. Probably because I haven't run since school started, and it was a little bit hot. My time wasn't so great either. I had 15 minutes for 1.3 miles, but two minutes of that was probably walking or stopping, so overall I think I had about 9:40 mile pace. My PR for mile is 7:45, but that was before I really ran, so I can definitely improve by the time Cross Country practice starts in the summer, and absolutely by the time the season starts next fall. Really excited to start XC!
